Refund policy

All made-to-order designs require full payment to process orders. Payments not made in time can result in a delay in production and delivery time. 

For order cancellations, please email us or alert us via Whatsapp within 2 hours of placing the order on the details provided below.

In case of a damaged product please email miamilaluxury@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item, or Whatsapp us on +92 300 233 66 90.

We will be happy to replace any damaged articles, exchange incorrect sizes and refund you should you request for one on a faulty product.
